1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial (excluding Enterprise plans) so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. No charges will occur unless you choose to upgrade after the trial ends.


2. Monthly Subscriptions

Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.


3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access for the remainder of your subscription term.


4. Add-Ons & One-Time Services

Payments for add-ons (e.g., message packs, custom training, voice modules) and one-time services (e.g., onboarding, model customization) are non-refundable once the service is delivered or activated.


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges,
  • Proven platform outages longer than 72 hours with material impact,
  • Billing errors caused by our system.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge date to billing@livecs.ai.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team first — we’re here to help.


7.Enterprise Agreements

Refund terms for Enterprise-level customers are defined in custom service agreements or Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Please refer to your signed contract.
