4. AI & Data Usage

LiveCS.ai uses AI technologies that rely on large language models. By using the Service, you understand and agree that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate,
  • You are responsible for monitoring and moderating all chatbot outputs,
  • You will not input sensitive personal data unless using an enterprise-level plan with a signed Data Protection Agreement (DPA).

5.User Content

You retain ownership of content you input or upload (“User Content”), but grant UtahTech Labs Inc. a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to use and share such content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Payment & Billing

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., CRM tools, messaging platforms). LiveCS.ai is not responsible for the availability or content of such services, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.

  • Plans and pricing are listed on our website.
  • You will be billed in accordance with your selected plan.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms,
  • At our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtahTech Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UtahTech Labs Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service,
  • Your violation of these Terms,

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto.
